Diversity Equity and Inclusion

As an organization, Dryvve is committed to fostering, cultivating, and preserving a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion, both internally within our workforce and externally with our many partners.

WBENC Certified

Dryvve is honored to have been WBENC-certified for more than 20 years. As a WBENC-certified organization, we are proud to be a business that is owned, controlled, and operated by women. Our President, Charleen Smotrycz, is committed to maintaining the honor of our WBENC certification, and we deeply value our partnership with WBENC and its network.

Our Commitment to Diversity

We celebrate that we are a workforce comprised of colleagues from varying backgrounds, ethnicities, and experiences. We value the different perspectives this offers our colleagues and clients, and we empower all employees to contribute. We believe the collective sum of the individual differences, life experiences, knowledge, innovation, self-expression, and talent that our employees invest in their work represents a significant part of not only our culture, but our reputation and company’s achievement as well.

Dryvve also actively promotes diversity within our supplier base.  While already a Tier 1 diverse supplier due to our WBENC certification, we take it one step further to the Tier 2 spend level, maintaining a list of diverse suppliers available to us in our industry, and directing as much spending to Tier 2 suppliers as possible.  We track our spend by supplier, so we can proactively build our relationships year-over-year.

Our Commitment to Equity

Dryvve believes that equal treatment results in equity only if everyone starts with equal access to opportunities. We want all employees to have a voice, and we develop norms, practices, and policies that ensure one’s identity is not predictive of opportunities or workplace outcomes.

Inclusion & Belonging

As an organization, we embrace the perspectives of all employees and enable them to make meaningful contributions to our work. We value an inclusive culture that ensures every employee feels they belong and that their voice will be heard. We believe that inclusion directly impacts the retention of our talented colleagues and allows us to unlock the power of our collective workforce.

Our Policy in Practice

All employees of Dryvve have a responsibility to treat others with dignity and respect at all times. All employees are expected to exhibit conduct that reflects inclusion during work, at work functions on or off the work site, and at all other company-sponsored and participative events.
Any employee found to have exhibited any inappropriate conduct or behavior against others may be subject to disciplinary action.

Employees who believe they have been subjected to any kind of discrimination that conflicts with the company’s diversity policy and initiatives should seek assistance from a manager or an HR representative.
